Italian Country Style Ribs
This is a recipe that I came up with when I got tired of 'the same old thing'. It's easy and delicious. You can add things like mushrooms or peppers. Serve with white rice or noodles, salad and bread. You can pour the sauce over the rice/noodles.
Blackberry Coulis
This no-cook blackberry coulis recipe is super easy, versatile, and sure to become a family favorite. Use it on cheesecake, ice cream, yogurt, and crêpes — the possibilities are endless! It's even delicious in the bottom of a glass topped with champagne. Because the sweetness of blackberries can vary so much, adjust the sugar to suit your taste.
