This easy no-bake cheesecake is my go-to recipe when I want cheesecake in a flash. It's as easy as 1-2-3! Top with additional graham cracker crumbs and whipped topping, if desired. I love to share this with friends and family.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages cream cheese , 8 ounce
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla extract or less to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon extract , Optional
  • 1 container frozen whipped topping , 8 ounce
  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust , 9-inch
  • 1 can strawberry pie filling , 21 ounce

Instructions

    Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and lemon extract in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
