Easy Two-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge
This 2-ingredient peanut butter fudge is the easiest and best recipe you will ever find! And it is made in the microwave. How can you go wrong with that? Perfect last-minute gift or a sweet treat when you're in a hurry!
Spring Vegetable Frittata for Mother
This is a special spring vegetable frittata recipe. It always feels a little wrong to make a frittata with freshly cooked vegetables, since the whole point of the dish is to use up leftovers. However, since we're making this for a Mother's Day brunch, we'll make an exception. If you make sure all your vegetables are tender, hot, and well-seasoned before adding your eggs, not much can go wrong.
Beef Mushroom Barley Soup
Family favorite. It kind of turns into a type of stew as the barley soaks up much of the beef stock. Best part is that it gets better with age, so make plenty and enjoy throughout the week! It's always better the second day, so you might want to cook it one day, refrigerate it overnight, and then cook it again the next day.
