Real Italian Calzones
These calzones are the real deal because there is no tomato sauce inside! We eat them at least once a week. Have a bowl of tomato or spaghetti sauce on the table for people to top their calzone if desired.
Beer Cheese Pretzel Dip
This is a GREAT alternative to chips and dip. I take this everywhere and always get asked for the recipe. It is awesome! It is best served with mini-twist pretzels, but it's also great with veggies.
Perfect Individual Peach Cobblers
This perfect individual peach cobbler recipe was developed by my mom and me one night after dinner. The yummy cobblers hit the spot if you're having a sweet craving and they aren't super high in calories. The recipe works in a 9x11-inch glass baking dish as well. Add a bit of ice cream if desired, and enjoy!
