Magical Unicorn Poop Meringues
This spin on classic meringues is fun and tasty! I have even turned off the heat and let them continue to sit in the oven overnight. They are not so much baking as they are drying out the moisture. Although humidity can affect them, I have made them on many a wet day day here in rainy Oregon. I hope you enjoy them!
Strawberry Shortcake Cupcakes
All the flavors of strawberry shortcake, in cupcake-form! Can be made even easier by prepping the day before a party. The final, assembled cupcakes can be stored in the fridge up to an hour before serving.
Easy Shakshuka
This shakshuka recipe is an easy version of the popular Middle Eastern poached egg dish. I love shakshuka โ it's delicious, healthy, and makes a satisfying breakfast or brunch. I use canned tomatoes instead of fresh, which means I can make it whenever I want with ingredients from my pantry!
