Ingredients
- 0.5 cups unsalted butter
- 0.5 cups brown sugar
- 0.25 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.75 cups chopped pecans

Stir butter and brown sugar together in a saucepan over medium heat until melted. Stir in heavy whipping cream and salt; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat to cool slightly, 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in chopped pecans.

Blue Cheese Popovers
I'm very excited to show you these blue cheese popovers. This is a new, and possibly slightly improved, popover recipe. While we may have tweaked the ingredient amounts a little bit, we are still going to be using our foolproof, cold-oven method for making these. The reason this technique is so fun to use is that it's literally the opposite of everything every popover expert says you should do.
