Korean Banana Milk
I have had a hard time finding Korean Banana Milk so I decided to make my own. This turned out delicious and so much less expensive.
High Protein Egg Salad
For this creamy high protein egg salad, the dressing is made from blended Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and mayonnaise. It's great for increasing protein, without sacrificing flavor. Serve with crackers or as a sandwich spread.
Grilled Lamb Chops with Fresh Herbs
Enjoy fresh herbs with these grilled lamb chops. I used what was in my garden: mint, rosemary, parsley, and chives. You may use whatever combination you like! Lamb is very delicate and will stay tender and tasty at medium-rare. Lamb chops grill very quickly, so watch them closely.
