Rosemary and Garlic Smoked Pork Roast
This recipe calls for covering the rosemary and garlic smoked pork roast with aluminum foil after removing it from the grill. It keeps the surface from cooling off too fast while it stands. The standing time helps it retain its juices so the meat won't be dry. You can use the same method to keep hot-from-the-oven rolls or a hot side dish warm for a short time while waiting for the rest of the meal.
World's Best Key Lime Pie
Very easy, very good, light Key lime taste that still makes you pucker. Took me a while to perfect this one. No baking, no fuss - takes me 10 or 15 minutes to make.
Orange-Gingerbread Cheesecake Bars
A spicy, molasses-y cookie crust and topping with a creamy cheesecake filling makes for a lovely treat! I enjoy the orange-gingerbread flavor combination--but if you're not a fan, just leave out the orange zest.
