An easy recipe for homemade peppermint liqueur. It goes great with hot chocolate!
Ingredients
- 0.33 cups white sugar
- 1 jar light corn syrup , 16 ounce
- 2 cups vodka
- 2 teaspoons peppermint extract

In a 2 quart pan over medium heat, combine sugar and corn syrup. Heat until sugar dissolves, stirring regularly, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vodka. Cover and allow to cool. Stir in peppermint extract. Pour into a sealable bottle.

This rhubarb dessert is similar to a cobbler. It's delicious served hot with vanilla ice cream, but it can also be served warm or cold (it will hold together when cold). If you are not a huge fan of rhubarb, this dessert might just change your mind!
