This tuna with salsa is low-budget, low-fat, easy, and delicious. You can add as many or as little veggies to your taste. This can easily be multiplied. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna in water , 5 ounce
  • 0.33 cups chopped onion
  • 0.33 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 0.33 cups minced cilantro
  • 1 small jalapeño pepper , seeded and minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

    In a medium bowl, stir together tuna, onion, tomatoes, cilantro, and jalapeño. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until serving.
