This tuna with salsa is low-budget, low-fat, easy, and delicious. You can add as many or as little veggies to your taste. This can easily be multiplied. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
Ingredients
- 1 can tuna in water , 5 ounce
- 0.33 cups chopped onion
- 0.33 cups chopped tomatoes
- 0.33 cups minced cilantro
- 1 small jalapeño pepper , seeded and minced
- salt and pepper to taste

In a medium bowl, stir together tuna, onion, tomatoes, cilantro, and jalapeño. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until serving.
