This easy Instant Pot pineapple cake moonshine recipe is smooth from the first night and will be sought out by your friends. While I'm not sure of its exact shelf life, I've stored it in my pantry for over three months — but it usually disappears long before then!

- 1.5 pounds fresh pineapple spears
- 2 cups white sugar

-
2
Release pressure using the natural-release method according to manufacturer's instructions, about 40 minutes.
-

Transfer pineapple to a blender; blend until smooth. Return pineapple to the pot; stir to combine. Pour moonshine into sterilized bottles. Store in a dark place. Chill before serving.
