Cucumber Pasta Salad
This simple cucumber pasta salad with farfalle pasta, cucumber, onion, and dill is my husband's favorite summer side dish. Enjoy!
Patchwork Quilt Pasta Salad
This is one of the best tasting pasta salads I have ever had. My family and in-laws love it and I can never make enough. You can change or substitute the ingredients in the salad if you'd like to. This salad is best when prepared a day ahead.
Joyce's Simple Pizza Sauce
Simmer a blend of tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, basil, sugar, and minced onion for a yummy sauce for pizza. I can't have garlic, dairy (from cows), or gluten, but I can have pizza with this sauce on a gluten-free pizza crust and by using Gouda goat cheese.
