This rotini pasta salad is a standard for potlucks. This recipe makes a nice big salad that tastes great!
Ingredients
- 1 package colored rotini pasta , 16 ounce
- 2 tomatoes , chopped
- 1 green bell pepper , chopped
- 1 onion , chopped
- 1 large cucumber , chopped
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup black olives , pitted and sliced
- 1 bottle Italian-style salad dressing , 8 ounce

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; cook rotini at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water.

Combine cooked pasta, tomatoes, green bell pepper, onion, cucumber, broccoli, mushrooms, and olives in a large bowl. Add Italian salad dressing; toss to coat.
