Frozen Tajin Grapes
These frozen Tajin grapes—a tangy treat for hot summer days—take only 4 ingredients. If you've never had frozen grapes, you're in for a real treat. Super quick and easy to remember—the ingredient amounts are all in 2s.
Creamy Sausage and Mushroom Gnocchi Skillet
This creamy sausage gnocchi is a comforting, indulgent dish with ingredients like wine, cream, and shallots. I do not recommend adding salt because I find the sausage has enough salt. Although cheese is optional, I find it gets lost in the sauce.
Famous Meatballs
These pineapple meatballs are a favorite for any occasion. I made 14 pounds of meatballs for my sister's graduation party, and I only had 1 medium container left. My mother made sloppy joes, and needless to say, they had a lot of leftovers because everyone loved these meatballs. Guaranteed favorite!
