- 1 package cauliflower florets
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees F (193 degrees C). Add cauliflower florets to a small bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Air fry until cauliflower is tender with a bite, 8 to 10 minutes.

For Alfredo sauce, add milk, cottage cheese, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese into a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Transfer mixture into a saucepan; heat on low until warmed. Drizzle over cauliflower florets.
