- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 small cucumber , roughly chopped
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 tablespoons cashew butter
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1 cup water

Layer banana, mango, cucumber, spinach, cashew butter, and sesame seeds in a blender, in the order mentioned; add water. Blend until smoothie is desired consistency, adding more water if desired.
