This spicy skinny Margarita is made with fresh orange juice and lime juice and sweetened with agave. I used habanero Tajin and floated jalapeno slices to make it even spicier.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon chili lime seasoning
- 1 lime wedge
- 6 jalapenos slices , divided
- ice , as needed
- 1.75 ounces tequila
- 1.5 fluids ounces lime juice
- 1.25 fluids ounces orange juice
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup
Instructions

Place 3 jalapeno slices into a cocktail shaker and mash well with a cocktail muddler. Add ice to the shaker. Pour in tequila, lime juice, orange juice, and agave syrup; cover and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted, about 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with remaining jalapeno slices. Serve immediately.

Easy Corn Salad — Great Side for BBQs
This corn salad is perfect for summer BBQs! This recipe combines canned items with fresh items, so it's really quick to prepare and tastes very fresh. The amounts indicated below are what I use when I make a big batch for BBQs, so I suggest cutting down for a family-size portion. Refrigerate for extra-cool freshness! Keeps well in the refrigerator.
