This slow cooker chili is packed with beans, veggies, and spices, and simply simmers away in your crockpot to make a delicious beefy chili.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 0.75 cups diced onion
- 0.75 cups diced celery
- 0.75 cups diced green bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic , minced
- 2 cans tomato puree , 10.75 ounce
- 1 can kidney beans with liquid , 15 ounce
- 1 can kidney beans , 15 ounce
- 1 can cannellini beans with liquid , 15 ounce
- 0.5 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.75 teaspoons dried basil
- 0.75 teaspoons dried oregano
- 0.5 teaspoons dried parsley
- 0.25 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 0.13 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
Instructions

Place beef in a skillet over medium heat and cook until evenly brown, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain grease.

Transfer beef to a slow cooker and mix in onion, celery, bell pepper, garlic, tomato puree, kidney beans, and cannellini beans. Season with chili powder, salt, basil, oregano, parsley, black pepper, and hot pepper sauce.

Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours.
