I like to make this slow cooker peach crisp recipe when the summer days are hot and I don't want to turn on the oven.
Ingredients
- nonstick cooking spray
- 0.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 0.5 cups uncooked old-fashioned oats
- 0.33 cups unsalted butter , softened
- 0.33 cups brown sugar
- 0.33 cups white sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 cups sliced peaches

Lightly coat a slow cooker with cooking spray.

Combine flour, oats, butter, brown sugar, white sugar, and cinnamon in a large bowl.

Layer peaches in the bottom of the prepared slow cooker; sprinkle flour mixture over peaches.

Cover slow cooker. Cook on Low until peaches are bubbly, 4 to 6 hours.
