Wild Rocket (Arugula) and Parmesan Salad
Quick, easy, and healthy, this wild rocket (arugula) and Parmesan salad recipe looks like the salad dishes you'd find in an upscale restaurant. You can serve it as a salad before the meal or on the plate with the meal.
Homestyle Potato Chips
Homemade potato chips are fun and easy. Guaranteed they won't last long! A food processor with a slicing attachment is very helpful for slicing the potatoes. Experiment with the thickness; you may like them thicker or thinner. I like to use olive oil for frying, but you can use safflower, corn, or peanut oil as well as vegetable oil.
Cabbage Steaks
Cabbage steaks are one of my favorite vegetable side dishes, and they are very easy to make! This is a very simple recipe and you can put as much or as little of the seasonings you want. I personally love garlic so I go crazy with it, but put as much as is good for you.
