- 0.25 cups chopped fresh cilantro
- 4 whole wheat hamburger buns , split

4
Heat remaining 1 teaspoon oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork; cook, turning occasionally, until no longer pink in the center, 3 to 5 minutes.
-
5
Broil buns in the preheated oven until lightly toasted, 1 to 2 minutes. Top bottom halves of buns evenly with pork and carrot mixture. Cover with top halves of buns.

Easy Shrimp Fried Rice
Easy homemade shrimp fried rice with peas, carrots, garlic, and green onions. All my kids love this dish!
Air Fryer Shrimp Fried Rice
This fried rice is so deliciously savory, nobody will believe you made it with an air fryer. It's full of toasted, crunchy rice bits that add a great contrast to the chewy interior. The shrimp is tender and juicy, and the bites of peas burst in your mouth. Finish it up with Sriracha mayo and fresh green onion to compliment everything perfectly. If you don't have shrimp on hand, you can also use leftover chicken or steak.
Oven Baked Chicken Teriyaki
Wonderful baked chicken with minimal mess to make for easy clean-up. My daughter says it's her favorite teriyaki chicken ever! Can be easily adapted to your tastes and can also be done on the stove if you prefer. Serve over rice.
