Ingredients

  • 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 0.25 cups mango juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 0.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoons ground cardamom
  • 0.13 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 0.13 teaspoons ground ginger
