These strawberry tarts are really easy to make when you use pre-baked tart shells. Use the ripest strawberries you have. An easy glaze makes them look very fancy! They are extra-delicious when topped with whipped cream.
Ingredients
- 12 , 4-inch
- 0.67 cups white sugar
- 2.5 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup apple juice
- 3 cups fresh strawberries , hulled

Gather the ingredients.

To make the glaze: Blend sugar, cornstarch, and salt together; stir into apple juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thick. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.

Brush a small amount of glaze over the bottom of each pastry crust. Arrange strawberries on top of glaze, slicing if necessary to fit. Spoon remaining glaze carefully over strawberries, covering them well.

Chill strawberry tarts for 2 to 4 hours.
