Instant Pot Baked Beans
This Instant Pot baked beans recipe was passed down through my French Canadian family from my grandmother to my mother and then to me many years ago. It traditionally takes hours to make, as we let the beans slow cook overnight in the oven on low heat. I transformed it into a much quicker Instant Pot recipe with great success! With this method, you don't even have to presoak the beans. These are even better the next day and freeze well, too.
3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies
These 3-ingredient peanut butter cookies are one of my favorite cookies to make. They are the only peanut butter cookies my family will eat! Sprinkle a pinch of sugar on cookies before baking, if desired.
Bacon Cheeseburger Tater Tot Bites
These bacon cheeseburger tater tot bites combine the flavors of French fries and cheeseburgers into one perfect appetizer. Tater tots, pressed into a mini muffin pan, form a crispy baked crust to hold bacon, seasoned ground beef, and cheese. They're surely the best use for tater tots since tater tot casserole.
