The best way to serve a PB&J is in donut form. With the help of Uncrustables, you can whip up PB&J (or just peanut butter, or chocolate-hazelnut, you get the idea) donuts in just 15 minutes. Cinnamon sugar gives the outside a nice, churro-like crunch, which perfectly complements the creamy center.
Ingredients
- 1 uncrustables sandwiches
- 6 cups peanut oil , or as needed
- 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 0.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Instructions
-
1
Preheat oil to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
-
2
Meanwhile, use a 1-inch cutter to cut a hole in the center of each Uncrustable. Press edges around the center of the hole to seal sandwich closed in the middle
-
3
Fry each sandwich in hot oil until browned, 8 to 10 seconds per side. Drain on paper towels.
-
4
Stir together sugar and cinnamon on a plate; dredge donuts lightly in cinnamon sugar.

Old School Mac n' Cheese
This is a completely unpretentious, down-home macaroni and cheese recipe just like my grandma and mom always made. A simple white sauce where you add cheese and a few other flavors with macaroni and a potato chip crust. This recipe makes a lot, I like to make two pans so I can take one to a pot luck and have the other one to keep in the fridge for later. It's an easy recipe to adjust down if you only want to make one pan. If you aren't cooking it right away, just keep the topping separate until you are ready to put it in the oven.
Sausage-Stuffed Piquillo Peppers
There's nothing quite like the piquillo pepper. They're sweet, fruity, slightly smoky, and just bitter enough. For me, they're the San Marzano tomatoes of peppers. And while I enjoy them in literally anything, these delicate, triangular beauties are just made for stuffing.
Big Batch Limoncello Basil Spritz
This big batch limoncello basil spritz combines sweet-tart limoncello, bubbly Prosecco, sparkling water, and zesty basil for a refreshing summer drink, in a recipe large enough to serve 8.
