Pineapple Sticky Ribs
Finger-lickin' sticky ribs bake up tender and delicious in this savory-sweet sauce. Everyone loves them! Bake them right away or let them marinate in the sauce first.
Chef John's Kofta Kebabs
These grilled kofta kebab skewers made with a mix of ground beef and lamb are full of flavor, and one of my all-time favorite things to grill. They are basically a Mediterranean-style meatball on a stick. I know "shish" gets more love, but "kofta" might be the best kebab. Serve over a tomato, onion, and cucumber salad with flatbread or pita and a lemony tahini dressing.
Grilled Chili Steak with Garlic-Lime Butter
As we head into grilling season, this is something you should definitely add to the rotation. New York strip steaks are dry-brined with a chili rub, grilled to perfection, and topped with a rich garlic-lime butter providing a flavor profile similar to that of a bowl of chili. Serve with a cold potato salad, baked or barbecued beans, or a green salad if desired.
