This white chili recipe has ground turkey, salsa, corn, great northern beans, and pepper Jack cheese. I requested this recipe from my coworker after she brought it into one of our many potlucks. It's very tasty and a little spicy; if you don't like it spicy, cut the amount of cheese in half — it will still have a little kick! This recipe is really easy, and even the pickiest eaters will love it.

Egg and Hash Brown Casserole
This is a wonderful egg and hash brown breakfast casserole that will feed many. We have it every year for Christmas brunch. The family will not allow me to make anything else. I pair it with my French toast strata and everyone is full and happy. It's also very easy to increase the portion by putting it into a 9x13-inch dish and just adding extra ingredients.
