White chocolate blondie brownies are a simple variation on a chocolate brownie recipe that my mother made me growing up. The recipe originally came from my grandmother. I am a big white chocolate fan, and this will satisfy even the biggest white chocolate craving.
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 3 squaress white chocolate , 1 ounce
- 2 cups white sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.

Melt butter and chopped white chocolate together in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat; cool slightly. Meanwhile, beat sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract together in a bowl; beat in butter mixture, then stir in flour and salt until thoroughly combined. Transfer batter to the prepared baking pan; sprinkle with white chocolate chips.

Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes. Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before cutting into bars.
