This is an easy recipe for sausage balls with Cheez Whiz that kids can help with. I mix mild and hot sausage when I make them.
Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh , ground pork sausage
- 2 cups biscuit baking mix
- 3 ounces processed cheese sauce
Instructions
-
1
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
-
2
Mix together pork sausage, baking mix, and cheese sauce in a large bowl with your hands. Form mixture into round, walnut-size pieces and place on a baking sheet.
-
3
Bake in the preheated oven until cooked through, about 15 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (72 degrees C).

Kara's Summer Salad
Kara's summer salad recipe is a refreshing and fulfilling pasta salad that has enough protein to be eaten alone as a small meal. The ingredients are more unique and sometimes healthier than those in many other macaroni salad dishes. I recently created this in my own kitchen.
Black Bean Salsa
A wonderful black bean salsa that's quick to make with canned black beans, Mexican-style corn, tomatoes, and green onion. I can never make enough when I have a party! Serve with tortilla chips.
