The cookies keep very well, and you can even make the dough ahead of time and freeze it. Defrost when ready to use and follow baking instructions. Great cookie for the holidays.
Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies
You can vary this chocolate cake mix cookie recipe. This one uses chocolate cake mix with chocolate chips, but you can use peanut butter chips or raspberry chips and nuts instead. You can also add 1/4 cup of brown sugar. Or you can use another flavor of cake mix and omit the chocolate chips. The cake mix, butter, and egg amounts are the same for all.
