Mini Ham Loaves
These mini ham loaves are a family favorite. My aunt used to make them every Easter. The recipe comes from an old church cookbook. Whenever I order meat from the local meat market, I order ground ham and pork premixed. I order triple the required meat, packaged into three packages. I give one to my mother, use one, and freeze one to use later. Serve these loaves with horseradish.
Great Easter Appetizer
Delicious! No egg yolks. Great idea for leftover eggs and ham!
Salmon Puffs
Delightful salmon puffs filled with feta cheese and wrapped in pastry. I have used spinach and cooked tiny shrimp instead of salmon in this recipe.

Pull-Apart Hot Cross Buns
Infused with cardamom spice, these pull-apart hot cross buns taste as wonderful as they smell. This recipe is requested by family and friends every Easter. It is easy to make in your bread machine!

Easter Bunny Easter Bread
This is a fun technique to create a basket of Easter bunny bread rolls, perfect for Easter brunch or a kids' party. They're so adorable, people will barely be able to stand it! You can use this dough recipe (which is my Hot Cross Bun recipe, without the rum and dried fruit), or my Easter Bread recipe, or any sweet or unsweetened bread dough you like.

Huckleberry-Lemon Scones
These delightful huckleberry-lemon scones are bursting with the fresh flavors of summer, making them the perfect tea-time treat. Juicy huckleberries add a pop of tart sweetness, while a touch of lemon juice brightens every bite. Rich half-and-half keeps them tender and flaky, creating a bakery-worthy indulgence with minimal effort.
Rhubarb Rolls
Rhubarb rolls are a wonderful rhubarb dessert that always gets requests for the recipe. Easy and quick to make. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
Jiffy Cinnamon Rolls
Something so easy shouldn't be this good, and this single recipe won't be enough to satisfy your appetite for them.
