Flax Seed Crackers
I heard that if you mix flax seeds with an equal amount of water, soak them, and spread them thin, you'll get a tasty cracker. I heard right! These have a nutty, earthy flavor. They're light, but still sturdy enough for dips and spreads. Experiment with other seasonings if you like.
Tasty Seasoned Oyster Crackers
A wonderful seasoned oyster cracker recipe similar to others, but with different quantities and ingredients. So great as a snack or on salads. My kids love them! Quick, easy, and tasty!
Mary's Gone Crackers Copycat
These gluten-free crackers make a delicious snack on their own or with dips and cheeses. You can add other seeds such as caraway, cumin, or nigella for different flavor profiles. Or you can experiment with dried herbs or garlic powder depending on your individual preferences.

Egg Rolls
Wontons are a great meal or appetizer. Once they have been put together you can either fry them or steam them, both ways are delicious. These egg rolls are easy to customize as well with anything from bean sprouts to cabbage, to beef, shrimp, and more.
Seafood Medley Ceviche
This seafood ceviche is sure to have heads turning at your table. Three types of seafood are marinated in three different citrus juices, then mixed with crunchy vegetables, garlic, and seasonings. Serve with chips, on a tostada, or eat it as-is, right out of the bowl!

This air fryer bacon-wrapped shrimp is simple to put together with only 4 ingredients, but it's big on flavor!
Mexican-Style Shrimp Cocktail
Mexican-style shrimp cocktails are commonly spotted on menus in the Bay Area of California, but they don't seem to have caught on elsewhere โ which is surprising since you can pretty much get Mexican food like tacos and burritos in just about any corner of the country. This is my version; you can make it your own by using these ingredients and amounts as a rough guide.
Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp
Large shrimp tend to get rubbery when cooked. Grilling them is an excellent alternative, like in this recipe for bacon-wrapped shrimp on the grill. The bacon keeps them from drying out.
Honey Orange Firecracker Shrimp
Colossal-size honey orange shrimp, seasoned and fried crispy with honey, orange, garlic, and red pepper. You can dress this up with either orange, lemon, or lime zest and fresh thinly-sliced basil.
Shrimp Tempura
Serve these crisp, fried shrimp with a hot mustard sauce or sweet & sour sauce. The tempura batter may be used for other recipes. Try it with vegetables.
