Mom's Mandelbrot
This mandelbrot recipe is the Jewish equivalent to biscotti. It was handed down through three generations, though I added the mini chocolate chips. The cookies are twice baked, first in logs and then in slices. Store this in an airtight container, and the cookies will keep for about two weeks.
Crunchy Almond Biscotti
No oil or butter is added to these crunchy almond biscotti. These cookies are very crispy.
Chocolate Cherry Biscotti
These are one of my favorites. I make them every holiday season. They are great for mailing and keep for weeks!
Marietta's White Chocolate Macadamia Biscotti
Marietta's white chocolate macadamia biscotti recipe is for a softer biscotti but a wonderful addition to your cookie platter.
Brownie Biscotti
A chocolate version of an Italian favorite. You can substitute milk for the water in the egg wash, if you wish.
Gluten-Free Biscotti
This recipe was given to me by my friend and was adapted from an old Christmas cookie book. They are delicious and keep very well. This recipe makes a lot, so you might want to cut it in half. Add dried fruit and chocolate chips to suit or dip in melted chocolate when cool.
Passover Mandelbread
Delicious mandelbread/biscotti that come out crispy and sweet every time. Great for Passover, but do not taste like a Passover recipe.

These biscotti make a good Christmas gift! The combination of fruits, nuts, chocolate chips, and spices are prefect for any holiday season.
Cranberry-Walnut Biscotti
Cranberry-walnut biscotti is a great little addition to your morning coffee and always great around the holidays!
Nutella® Biscotti
Subtly sweet from chocolate chips, Nutella®, and sugar, these twice-baked cookies get added crunch from toasted hazelnuts and melt to perfection in your mouth. They're easy to package and give as a gift to complement purchased coffee beans or a hot chocolate mix and can be served on a hot chocolate board spread during the holidays. Dunk in coffee, tea, or even milk!
Anise Walnut Biscotti
This recipe was given to me by my Grandmother Nancy (Saccuzzo). She was a great little Italian Nana. She taught me how to cook and was an inspiration in my life. Enjoy with your favorite red wine or coffee.
Authentic Mandelbrot
I grew up in a Jewish neighborhood where a traditional snack was Mandelbrot. I so enjoyed visiting my friends as these homey cookies came fresh out of the oven with the most fantastic aroma. Luckily for me, one of the mothers shared this recipe and I've cherished and enjoyed it ever since.
