Rotel Tacos
These Rotel tacos are salty, slightly spicy, creamy, and crunchy all at once. It's like your favorite dip meets the perfect bite of a taco. I recommend extra lettuce for that perfect cold crunch against the rich filling.
Crispy Panko Chicken Breasts
This panko chicken recipe uses pounded chicken breasts making it quick and easy to cook. Use crushed, crisp rice cereal squares instead of panko crumbs for a gluten-free version!
Sturdy Whipped Cream Frosting
This whipped cream frosting is yummy and very stable. It does not melt at room temperature like many standard whipped cream frostings. This recipe is great for a stand mixer but any good mixer will work.
