Egg Salad with Olives
This is a great egg salad with chopped pimento-stuffed olives. I got this recipe from a woman I once babysat for! Serve it on toasted bread with lettuce and a bit of chopped celery.

These big, easy omelets satisfy everyone! Lots of meats, vegetables, and cheese to choose from - and they're HUGE!

I made this chicken salad with eggs while looking for a dish with lots of protein and no sweet stuff. It disappears pretty quickly. Chop chicken into smaller bits to serve on crackers at parties.
