Ingredients
- 3.5 cups white sugar or to taste
- 6 large eggs , beaten
- 10 freshs ripe peaches , pitted and chopped
- 4 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups half-and-half cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 0.75 teaspoons salt

Gather all ingredients.

Mix sugar and eggs together in a large bowl until smooth.

Puree peaches in a blender or food processor; stir 5 cups of puree into egg mixture. Stir in cream, half-and-half, vanilla, and salt until combined.

Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions, about 20 minutes.
