This cherry cream cheese pie is one of my favorite and easiest recipes. It is always a hit at parties, bake sales, and potlucks. I have modified the original to decrease the fat and calories. It is still delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 package cream cheese , 8 ounce
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk , 14 ounce
- 0.33 cups lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 prepared graham cracker crust , 9 inch
- 1 can light cherry pie filling , 21 ounce
Instructions

Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually stir in sweetened condensed milk and continue mixing until smooth and combined. Add lemon juice and vanilla; mix well.

Pour filling into graham cracker crust. Refrigerate until set, 2 to 4 hours.

Just before serving, spread cherry pie filling over the top.
