Ingredients
- 3 cans great Northern beans , 14.5 ounce
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1.5 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
- 0.75 cups salsa verde
- 1 package rice mix with white Cheddar sauce , 5.6 ounce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 0.5 teaspoons garlic powder

Combine beans, chicken broth, chicken breast, salsa verde, rice mix, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder in a large saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, until rice is tender, about 7 minutes. Stir and remove from heat. Let stand before serving, about 2 minutes.

This is an authentic Korean beef rib recipe, not the Americanized version. This is super easy and a crowd pleaser. This is for 4 pounds of ribs. I find 2 tablespoons of honey is perfect for a not-so-sweet rib. This gives you the perfect amount of tanginess. However, if you like it sweeter you can add up to 3 tablespoons.
