Moist, delicious, and at least quasi-healthful. I was very pleased with how they turned out.

  • 0.5 cups quick cooking oats
  • 0.25 cups ground flax

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.75 cups miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 0.75 cups walnuts , chopped

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease 12 muffin cups with butter or line with paper muffin liners.
