This peach cheesecake is cool, creamy, and delicious! The no-bake filling is easy to make with peach preserves and cream cheese. It's wonderful topped with fresh peaches when they're at their best in the summer.
Ingredients
- 2 packages cream cheese , 8 ounce
- 0.5 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 jars peach preserves , 12 ounce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 container whipped topping , 8 ounce
- 2 prepareds graham cracker crusts , 8 inch
- freshly sliced peaches for garnish

Gather all ingredients.

Beat cream cheese in a large bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar until fully incorporated.

Add peach preserves and vanilla; beat until combined.

Fold in whipped topping until evenly incorporated and smooth.

Pour 1/2 of the cream cheese mixture into each graham cracker crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate until set, at least 1 hour.

Garnish the top of the cheesecake with fresh peach slices before serving.
