Using Japanese sake and mirin wines (available in most Asian markets), this sake teriyaki sauce recipe is simple and sweet. Use as a sauce or marinade for chicken, fish, or other meat.

Ingredients

  • 0.25 cups dark soy sauce
  • 0.25 cups sake
  • 2 tablespoons mirin , Japanese sweet wine
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
