Mornings can be hectic and skipping breakfast is not a wise option. Overnight oatmeal flavored with pineapple, banana, and pecans is an awesome way to start the day. It's a healthy, quick-and-easy, nutrient packed, make-ahead breakfast ready when you are.
Ingredients
- 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
- crusheds pineapple in pineapple juice
- 0.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 0.5 teaspoons cardamom , optional
- 0.13 teaspoons salt
- 2 bananas , sliced
- 0.25 cups chopped toasted pecans , or to taste

Combine oats, almond milk, pineapple and its juice, vanilla, cardamom, and salt in a bowl. Stir well, and spoon out into half-pint jars. Cover jars with lids, and refrigerate overnight.

The following morning, stir in bananas, top with pecans, and enjoy.
