These delightful frozen fish stick tacos can be served with a tossed salad and french fries, or just throw it all together for a quick-and-tasty snack.

Ingredients

  • 30 breadeds frozen fish sticks
  • 0.5 cups vegetable oil
  • 10 corns tortillas
  • 0.5 pounds finely shredded red cabbage
  • 0.75 cups tartar sauce
  • 0.75 cups salsa

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

    Arrange fish sticks in a single layer on a baking sheet, and bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until crisp and golden brown. Remove from heat and cut into thirds.

    Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry tortillas until soft. Drain on paper towels.
