- 1 teaspoon chile crisp

Gather all ingredients.

For sizzle sauce, stir mayonnaise and chili crisp together in a small bowl; set aside.

Season eggs with salt and pepper. Heat a dry, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 rice wrapper to the skillet.

Pour half the eggs over wrapper, then use a spoon to spread egg to the edges of the wrapper.

Sprinkle egg with half of green onion, half of cilantro, and half of prosciutto. Sprinkle on half of cheese, then drizzle with half of sizzle sauce.

Cook until egg is set and cheese is melted. Edges of wrapper may crisp up and brown slightly.

Slide onto a plate and cut into wedges or fold like a taco . Repeat with remaining ingredients. Enjoy!
