Ingredients
- 1 can sauerkraut , 20 ounce
- 0.5 cups chopped green bell peppers
- 0.5 cups chopped red bell peppers
- 0.5 cups chopped celery
- 1 small onion , chopped
- 0.75 cups white vinegar
- 1 cup white sugar

In a medium bowl, mix together the sauerkraut, green peppers, red peppers, celery, onion, vinegar and sugar. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight before serving.
