This easy Parmesan chicken dish is a favorite at our house. It's quick, easy, and tastes great. The measurements can be varied depending on your taste. If you want more cheese, add some; if you want less cheese, use less. You can't mess up if you use this recipe as a foundation.

- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 5 skinless , boneless chicken breasts

Place beaten egg in a shallow bowl. Mix together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning in a second shallow bowl.
