Ingredients

  • 6 bonelesss pork chops
  • 1 large onion , chopped
  • 5 potatoes , peeled and sliced
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup , 10.5 ounce
  • 0.5 cans water , 10.5 ounce
  • 0.5 cans milk , 10.5 ounce
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

    Coat a large skillet with cooking spray. Add pork chops; brown over medium-high heat.

    Flip chops; add onions. Layer sliced potatoes on top of chops; sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

    Combine soup, water, and milk in a large glass measuring cup; pour into skillet. Add more water or milk to cover potatoes.
