This stovetop pork chops and potatoes recipe is super quick and easy. It's a family favorite.
Ingredients
- 6 bonelesss pork chops
- 1 large onion , chopped
- 5 potatoes , peeled and sliced
- 1 , 10.5 ounce
- ½ , 10.5 ounce
- ½ , 10.5 ounce
- salt and ground black pepper to taste

Coat a large skillet with cooking spray. Add pork chops; brown over medium-high heat.

Flip chops; add onions. Layer sliced potatoes on top of chops; sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

Combine soup, water, and milk in a large glass measuring cup; pour into skillet. Add more water or milk to cover potatoes.

Cover skillet; cook until potatoes are tender, about 45 minutes.
