Harvest Noodle Pudding - Fruit Kugel
An old-time noodle custard dessert recipe with a bit of a modern twist. Layered egg noodles with apples, pears and dried cranberries baked in sweet custard. It has a warm grandmotherly taste and feeling to it. Simple yet rich in flavor with little effort in preparation sure to please many in the autumn. It takes advantage of apples and pears harvested in the fall along with tangy sweet dried cranberries.
Kneecaps
Kneecap doughnuts are small, sweet fried doughnuts with an indent in the center rather than a hole. They're covered with confectioners' sugar and filled with whipped cream. For a decorative touch, add a few sprinkles or sugars to this recipe.

This light and airy yeast doughnut recipe makes a terrific holiday treat. You may dip them in chocolate glaze or add candy sprinkles if you wish.
Wild Goose Breasts with Orange Glaze
This is a great recipe for that wild bird you're not sure what to do with. Sweet and tangy at the same time.

Caramel Apple Cookies
These tasty apple cookies with a caramel topping look like mini caramel apples! They're fun to make and share at Halloween or fall get-togethers!
Poop Emoji Cookies
Since my daughter is obsessed with emojis and especially the poop emoji, for her birthday this year I made these poop emoji cookies as a treat to share with her class. Needless to say, they were a huge hit! They are based on a German cookie recipe and are different than American cookies — pretty dry and not very sweet as in Germany cookies are always eaten with tea or coffee. I'll be making them again as Halloween cookies.
