This easy, sassy salsa combines corn, avocado, onion, and bell pepper to make a yummy tortilla chip dip or a tasty topping for grilled chicken or steak. Assemble just before serving for the best flavor and texture.
Garden Tomato Salsa
This garden salsa is a fresh, easy way to use up your garden tomatoes. Mix and match different varieties of tomatoes for this salsa. It will keep well for several days in the refrigerator.
Fresh Mild Salsa
This fresh mild salsa is excellent with chips for an appetizer or a perfect complement to any Mexican dish. Adjust to personal taste with salt, pepper, and ground cumin. Add one additional serrano pepper to make hot salsa, and add two more serrano peppers for a fiery salsa.
Fire-Roasted Cherry Tomato Salsa
This spicy cherry tomato salsa would shine on any big-game snack table. The fire-roasting brings out a tremendous amount of flavor and provides just the right touch of smoky goodness. I'm sure your friends are more than happy with the jarred stuff, but once in a while it's nice to see if they're paying attention.
Chilean Pebre Sauce
This Chilean pebre sauce recipe is a Chilean salsa. It is most commonly used on bread. It is also used on meats or anything else you desire. My favorite way to use it is on barbecued tri-tip. You can vary the ingredients to suit your taste.
Roasted Tomato Salsa
This smoky roasted tomato salsa is one of the tastiest and easiest salsa recipes you'll ever try. It tastes amazing with tortilla chips.
Avocado Tomatillo Salsa
This avocado salsa verde may be the perfect summer condiment. It requires no cooking, only takes 10 to 15 minutes to make, looks gorgeous, and tastes amazing with anything grilled — and even most things that aren't. Spoon this spectacularly simple green sauce over grilled pork tacos or grilled meats, or serve it with chips.
Salsa Macha
Salsa macha originated in the Mexican states of Veracruz and Oaxaca. It's very similar in appearance to chili crisp but totally different in flavor. This salsa can be made as spicy as you like by adding more chiles de árbol or milder by adding less.
Mango Pico de Gallo
This mango pico de gallo is a colorful, lively fruit salsa that enhances grilled or seared fish, chicken, or shrimp. In Spanish, "pico de gallo" means "beak of the rooster", and it is indeed spicy. For extra heat, use more jalapeños, or substitute serrano peppers, if you dare.
Pineapple Sriracha Salsa
This pineapple Sriracha salsa is so refreshing and delicious, bursting with all kinds of flavor, and it will even be better after it is chilled. The most difficult part of this recipe will be deciding what to serve it on - it's equally good on tacos and pulled pork, and—believe it or not—it's superb on ice cream.
The Best Canning Salsa
This recipe for canning salsa makes great use of fresh garden tomatoes and bell peppers. Try your hand at canning salsa with this big-batch recipe that makes enough to last you through the winter, even if you share with friends. Nothing tastes better than homemade. Enjoy!
Almond and Parsley Salsa Verde
The reason I'm calling this salsa verde and not pesto is because whenever you say pesto, people instantly think of the traditional version with the pine nuts and basil. I'm using the term salsa verde the way it's used around northern California. It's a very generic term for any fresh green sauce, usually starring some type of herb, but also can be made with spinach, arugula, etc.
