Strawberry Beer Margaritas
Beer margaritas get a flavorful twist with strawberries! Change the flavors by changing the fruit. Mangoes or raspberries work nicely as well!
Rob Roy
The blended Scotch version of the Manhattan. Named after the title character in a Sir Walter Scott novel, Rob Roy was a Robin Hood-like figure.
Frozen Melon Margaritas
Quick and easy. The perfect blend of tart and sweet in a good frozen margarita.
Coconut Margaritas
Setting out to duplicate the coconut margaritas we had in Costa Rica, my first attempt was awful! I surfed the internet for a good recipe with little luck. I then took what I'd learned from my first nasty try and the ideas I picked up online and after about 5 or 6 attempts I came up with this. Enjoy!
Strawberry Margarita
Refreshing drink in the summer.
Banana Monkey
A great refreshing summertime drink that I had in Cancun. Enjoyed it so much I got the recipe from the bartender and make it all summer long. For added flavor try blending with chocolate syrup.
Godfather
This is a pre-dinner drink is also popular as a nightcap. The almond flavor of Amaretto softens the bite of the scotch. A wonderful night summer Australian drink!
Tennessee Tea
One of my favorites! Similar to a Long Island, but with Jack Daniel's!
Whiskey Paralyzer
My husband's co-worker made us these whiskey paralyzer cocktails one night. This recipe is a variation of a paralyzer. They go down much smoother, too, so you might not feel your legs after a few of these!
Hop, Skip, and Go Naked
A quick, inexpensive, good tasting, inhibitor breaking, outdoor party making drink for adults. Best if made with cheap beer and whiskey. Give your car keys to a responsible sober adult BEFORE drinking.
Hot Irish Whiskey
My best friend, who just happens to be Irish, made this hot Irish whiskey drink for me one cold night in Chicago, and since then, I have been hooked! Warning: It is very potent. Just one of these will warm you up and basically make you good for nothing afterward — what a treat! It is super to drink at night if you have a sore throat. My friend said this is what the Irish drink if they don't feel good, but don't wait until you have a cold to try this recipe!
Monte Carlo Cocktail
What we have here is a Manhattan cocktail, only with Benedictine replacing sweet vermouth and Peychaud's® instead of Angostura® bitters. You can garnish with a twist of lemon if you prefer.
