Sausage and Sauerkraut
This sauerkraut and sausage recipe is from a sweet old German lady I used to attend church with. Allow for plenty of time to prepare and cook this dish. It is definitely worth the time and effort! Serve with hot German potato salad and red cabbage.
Chicken Murphy
Chicken Murphy is a hearty and flavor-packed stew made with Italian sausage, chicken thighs, potatoes, mushrooms, and sweet and spicy Peppadew peppers in a delicious garlic and white wine sauce. It's comfort food with a kick!

This garlic chicken is simple to make โ just dip and bake. Garlicky goodness in a breaded chicken dish. Yum!
Seafood Boil
This seafood boil is an old recipe perfect for family get-togethers. It's good and fun, and clean-up is easy. It's best made outside and served on a picnic table covered with 4 to 5 layers of newspaper. Remove everything from the pot, drain, and spread in the center of the table. Gather everyone around and enjoy the feast. When everyone has had their fill, gather up the leftovers (if there are any), put all the scraps in the center of the table, roll up the newspaper around them, and put them in the trash. Wash the one pot, and the cleanup is done. Have fun and enjoy.
Beer Can Chicken
This beer can chicken is a great way to get deliciously crisp, moist chicken that's full of flavor and easy to carve. It's perfect for a BBQ party on a hot summer day. The other half of the can of beer is for the cook to enjoy while preparing dinner!
Caribbean Jerk Stir-Fry
This combination of Asian stir-fry and fiery Caribbean seasoning makes a sweet and spicy dish. Serve over hot cooked white rice.
