Bread Machine Almond Bread
I created this bread machine recipe with almond flour because I wanted bread with some extra protein for breakfast. This is an excellent, very faintly sweet breakfast bread with an unusual but satisfyingly bready texture. The crust has a great flaky-chewy consistency while remaining soft. It is dense but not heavy, and the extra protein from the almond flour keeps the mid-morning munchies away. It is very good with a slice of cheese and some fruit on the side.
Deliciously Easy Garlic Herb Focaccia
Make focaccia in an hour. Or a little longer if your bread machine doesn't have a pizza cycle. Also great as a pizza dough! I personally use 2 cups unbleached bread flour and 1 cup whole wheat flour. As with most recipes I have created — they are a base on which to build.
Russian Black Bread
I have been looking for a good Russian Black Bread recipe. This one is the closest I have come. The vinegar adds a bit of a bite, but believe me, with cheese it is marvelous.
Caraway Rye Bread (for the bread machine)
A nice-flavored light rye loaf with lots of caraway seeds. Sweetened with both brown sugar and molasses. Allow to cool before slicing.

Super Easy Rosemary Bread Machine Bread
Mouth-watering and easy to adjust to your personal tastes. Bakes up light and spongy. No eggs, milk or butter. My toddlers all want 2nds and 3rds of this when I make it!

Cinnamon Raisin Bread II
This is a moist, delicious, not too sweet bread. It is a favorite with family and friends.
Dark Rye Bread
Very good!!! The extra sugar makes for a better rise.
Real Italian Pizza Dough
Pizza dough as it is made in Italy. When I first moved to Italy, I was surprised to see that deciding to eat a pizza for dinner meant whipping up pizza dough with a few common ingredients a couple of hours before. Using fresh, compressed yeast, it rises in an hour. Stretchy, chewy, and so full of flavor, there's no need to order out. This dough works for calzone as well as focaccia, and the recipe doubles perfectly!
Neapolitan-Style Pizza Dough with Garlic and Italian Seasonings
This Neapolitan pizza dough recipe makes two 12-inch pizzas. Apply your sauce, cheese, toppings, and a final spread of cheese to tie it all together.
